The school has seen a significant uptick in average salary which now stands at INR 15.31 lacs, a 47% increase from the previous INR 10.41 Lacs, illustrating the global appeal and professional readiness of its students.

In a stunning display of corporate trust and academic excellence, UBS garnered the attention of 229 companies during this placement season, offering a record 1,230 interview opportunities to its students. This achievement is backed by the steadfast support of 60 CEOs who have endorsed UBS’s educational ethos and corporate engagement initiatives.

The placement proceedings for 2023 have been marked by some notable highlights:

– A total of 14 international offers were made, with students securing positions at prestigious multinational firms in the USA and Europe, including L’Oreal (Paris, France), Remy Contreau (Paris, France), Abbvie (Chicago, USA), and several others.
– The average salary for the top 25% of the students soared to INR 29.35 LPA.
– The average salary for the top 50% of the students reached INR 20.71 LPA.
– The experienced cohort of students witnessed an average salary increase of 259%, with the highest being an astounding 450%.
– The highest internship stipend recorded was INR 55,300/- per month.

Sales & Marketing, Banking, Financial Services, and Consulting remained the leading domains, with over 77% of the total offers. The burgeoning interest in Business Analytics also became evident, with a 7% share in placement and 50 students being recruited into roles that underscore the importance of data-driven decision-making in today’s business landscape.

Universal Business School has outdone its previous years’ performances, attracting a substantial number of first-time recruiters from various sectors, and showcasing a growing interest in Business Analytics, which has become the most sought-after job profile.
