Indo Russo Chamber (CIRTC) appointed Mr Hasan Yaqoob as Hon. President of UP Chapter to boost bilateral trade and tech advancement between two nations.

The Chamber for Indo-Russo Technology Collaboration (CIRTC) is excited to announce Mr Hasan Yaqoob as the Hon. President of its Uttar Pradesh Chapter. Mr. Yaqoob, a seasoned corporate affairs professional, brings deep knowledge in business and tech fields. His leadership aims to spark growth and fresh ideas for bilateral tech advancement between two nations (Russia -India). CIRTC believes President Yaqoob’s leadership will be a guiding force to promote Indo-Russian technology partnership and promoting bilateral business, research, academics, and cultural collaboration between India and Russia.

Mr. Yaqoob has an impressive background. He has served as:

  • ⁠ Advisor to the District Administration & Disaster Management Authority in Lucknow.
  • Chairman of the E-commerce & Logistics Council Uttar Pradesh.
  • Member of the Artificial Intelligence Committee, Government of Uttar Pradesh
  • Co- Chairman of ASSOCHAM Development Council Uttar Pradesh
  • Former Convenor at Uttar Pradesh for the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI)

His work has played a key role in pushing tech progress and changes in India.
CIRTC, a Section 8 company registered under the Companies Act 2013, works to boost technology collaboration between India and Russia. The Chamber runs RISING, its main project, which partners with the Russian Association of Software Companies (RUSSOFT) and the Technology Sovereignty Exports Association of Russia (TSEA) on the global stage.
