About two and a half years ago, the STF had inquired about the investigation of fake teachers in the Basic Education Department. After this, the department started receiving complaints from job seekers with the help of fake documents.

During that time, when the then BSA got the matter investigated, One after the other the names of many fake teachers started appearing. Taking action in this matter, the department has so far sacked a total of 84 fake teachers and registered a case against them.

Of these, cases against more than 40 teachers are registered in Rajghat police station. After this, the department has prepared the recovery of all one by one. On which recovery of Rs 38.30 crore has been made.

BSA Ramendra Kumar Singh said that all the sacked teachers have been booked. The documents have been sent to the Revenue Department for recovery from them. The department is serious about recovery. There will be no laxity in this regard.
